The following information is about our packing equipment department, headed by engineer Menashe Tamir from Israel.
In 2003, TMN has become a partner in Eshet Eilon, the largest equipment manufacturer in Israel and a world leader in electronic sizers. We use primarily stainless steel, fabricating top quality equipment at a very competitive price.
We offer the followings services:
1. Full design, supply, installation and activation for complete packing lines.
2. Custom design and manufacturing of any and all specialty equipment.
3. Complete structure design, electrical design and installation.
4. Design and supply of hot water treatment for different types of fruit and vegetables.
5. Consult, design and supply of packing raw materials (boxes, etc.)
6. Consult and supply a full range of chemicals and biotech products for post harvest treatment, including application equipment (foggers).
7. Design and supply of packinghouse management software and bar code systems for the whole operation from the field to the customer.
8. Design and supply of cold storage and degreening rooms.
9. Industrial lines: We offer small and medium size processing lines for lower grade fruits and vegetables.
10. Complete small and medium size juice plants, 500-5,000 liters/hour, including filling systems.
11. Complete state of the art mini-dairy, up to 3,000 liters/day, for production of a complete line of cheese products. Recipes and training included.
12. Consult on all pre and post harvest issues.
